Thank you, Milton.
The election is over, and while the result was not what we hoped for, my heart is full.
To my family and friends — thank you for standing beside me every single day. To our volunteers — you knocked on thousands of doors, put up signs in every kind of weather and gave your evenings and weekends. To every supporter and donor — your trust carried this campaign. And to the residents of Ward 3 and all of Milton — thank you for opening your doors, sharing your stories and taking part in our local democracy.
I also want to warmly congratulate the incoming Milton Town Council. I wish every member success as they serve our community, and I look forward to supporting their work for a stronger Milton.
This isn't goodbye. I'm still your neighbour, and I'll keep showing up for Coates, Cobban, Beaty and Bowes. My door — and my inbox — stay open.
